The new office building of our client Bahlsen Polska in Skawina is a modern space designed with great care for comfort and work ergonomics. At the same time, it supports creative teamwork and the exchange of ideas. In this project, we managed to combine two things: a functional workplace and a strong brand identity that has long been linked with sweet pleasure. As Hoof, we had the pleasure of furnishing the office area of the new building with high-quality furniture and acoustic solutions. In addition to workstations and conference rooms, the space includes well-planned areas for creative and concept work. These zones offer comfortable seating and energetic colors that improve employees’ well-being, as well as a kitchen and dining area.

The reception welcomes employees and guests with a friendly atmosphere created by the right colors and soft seating furniture. The central element is the Omu sofa by Noti, where every detail is designed for comfort and function. The space is completed by the Kori armchair by Noti (in the same upholstery as the sofa) and a coffee table with cookies embedded in the tabletop. Together, these elements give the space a designer, elegant, yet relaxed feel.

In the work areas, the main focus was on ergonomics and acoustics. Active desks by Narbutas with electric height adjustment allow users to change from sitting to standing and back. The desks are also equipped with front panels and storage units, which ensure comfort, order, and partial acoustic separation. Adjustable Hero swivel chairs by Interstuhl support correct posture during work.

Both small meeting rooms and the large conference room are equipped with Flos swivel conference chairs by Bejot and Arki tables by Pedrali. This set provides comfort and functionality during meetings and presentations.

When Bahlsen employees need silence and focus, they can use acoustic rooms. These are separate spaces soundproofed with upholstered panels and equipped with Active electric desks by Narbutas and Flos conference chairs by Bejot.

The executive offices combine ergonomics with a representative character, which is especially important where key decisions are made. We furnished them with Motion Executive electric desks by Narbutas, Open Up Modern Classic swivel chairs by Sedus, and On Spot Cosy skid conference chairs by Sedus in grey upholstery. The result is a consistent and elegant arrangement that supports concentration and work comfort.

The kitchen and dining area features a modern and light design. It includes Finn tables and bar stools by Fameg in a fashionable burgundy color, Bik chairs by Prostoria, and cobalt blue Modus modular sofas by Pedrali. The atmosphere encourages shared breaks and team integration.

The creative and concept work zone stands out with vivid, energetic colors that stimulate creativity and invite informal conversations. Polish design plays a key role here. One of the main elements is 366 Concept armchair from the 366 series, an icon of Polish design. We also supplied Noti furniture: Ekori armchairs, Manta armchair, Daaz sofa, Palo armchair with adjustable tilt, and Mula rocking armchair. The space is completed with tables by Santa & Cole and Vitra.

The building also includes a space for young parents, designed with comfort in mind and full of lively colors. The parent-and-child room is equipped with the Roller pouf by B&T Design, Mule sofa, and Mishell table by Noti.
