3,800 m² designed to reflect the pace and scale of the fintech world. The new headquarters of our Client is a space where the global character of the brand meets the energy of Kraków, and technology connects with everyday comfort at work.

The new office of our fintech Client is a modern, multifunctional workspace that we had the pleasure of furnishing with furniture and custom built-in solutions. “The furniture is an integral part of the design concept. The forms are inspired by nature, and the upholstery was selected to match the individual color schemes of each zone,” says architect Elżbieta Myczka-Ruszaj.

The 3,800 m² space was designed for 200 workstations. The project includes solutions from well-known manufacturers in our portfolio, including Prostoria, Noti, B&T, Linak, Narbutas, Comforty, Wiesner Hager, Interstuhl, Maro, Bachmann, Hush and Bejot. This ensured high quality, ergonomics, and a consistent look throughout the project.

The concept, prepared by the team from the Design Studio of Elżbieta Myczka-Ruszaj, combines the company’s global identity with the local spirit of Kraków in a clear and accessible way. In line with the client’s vision, different parts of the office symbolically refer to continents, highlighting the international reach of the organization. The common areas draw inspiration from the energy and colors of the city.

The project stands out for the smooth flow between functions and a consistent aesthetic language. Special attention was given to highlighting the innovative and technological profile of the company, while creating a space that supports collaboration, focus, and everyday comfort at work.

Every visit to the office begins at the reception, which is why this space plays a key role. An important element of this area is the reception desk, as well as comfortable seating for visitors.

The reception area cannot function without a soft seating zone. Here, the main role is played by the Kori armchairs, which stand out thanks to the deep cut at the back of the backrest.

The relaxation areas attract attention with interesting patterns, textures, and colors. The burgundy Ora armchairs are complemented by the neutral upholstery of the Muse sofa and patterned poufs.

Bar stools and high tables are not only a solution for the dining area, but also an ideal option for project teams.

Sometimes the best ideas come when employees take a short break from work. Comfortable Strain armchairs and the Hana sofa help with this.

Employees have access to MooveUp electric height-adjustable desks from Hoof and ergonomic Hero chairs.

A small table that is part of the Hana sofa acts as a divider between the seats. At the same time, it is useful when we want to put down a laptop or a cup of coffee for a moment.

Plants grow in the Loopo planters. They are not only a decorative element in the office, but they also improve air quality and mood.

Stylish, comfortable, and cozy - this is how our Client’s office looks, thanks in part to furniture brands such as Noti, B&T, and Comforty. In the background, there is a Hush Meet acoustic booth.

The space used by all employees, the company dining area, was equipped with Bik chairs and Yuno tables.

Employees can use comfortable chairs, bar stools, and a sofa. Daily lunch in such interiors must taste great!

The colors of the furniture and accessories match the interior color scheme. The whole project is very consistent and harmonious. Plants grow in the Loopo planters. They are not only a decorative element in the office, but they also improve air quality and mood.

Acoustic panels decorated with patterns inspired by the office location separate the work area from the relaxation area.

The unique design of the furniture from the Polygon collection attracts attention.

There are many comfortable armchairs in the office where employees can relax or work.

Lockers and wardrobes made by HOOF.

A short meeting, a call, or a webinar to listen to? In such cases, Hush Meet acoustic booths are the perfect solution.

Modern office spaces must adapt to frequent changes. One moment the team works together at a shared table, and shortly after they return to individual tasks.

Coffee break? The lightweight and easy-to-clean Mono chairs are a good choice for this type of space.

We equipped the smaller meeting rooms with Mishell and Paxt conference chairs and Maro tables.

The Paxt conference chairs also look interesting in two different upholstery colors.

For longer meetings in the conference room, the ergonomic PUREis3 chairs are an ideal choice.

Proper acoustics are important in conference rooms, so acoustic panels on the ceilings and walls were also included.

We equipped the Parent's Room with comfortable Palo armchairs, among other items.

In the next room for parents, there is a comfortable Hana sofa and a Cactus table.

The shapes and colors of the furniture are inspired by nature, which makes every corner of the office look harmonious and unique.

In the Game Room, employees can use a billiard table and Bouli seats in an energetic color.

A gaming corner is always a good solution. A comfortable Omu sofa supports relaxation.

Every office needs a place to store personal items. As HOOF, we provide our clients with custom-made built-in solutions, including cabinets and lockers.

The office is full of color. Each zone has its own color palette, and in the shared areas the colors flow smoothly into one another.
