New office of KRUK S.A. in Wroclaw

The new headquarters of KRUK S.A. in Wrocław is a project that has attracted a lot of attention, and for good reason. The architects from the BIT CREATIVE design studio, responsible for the interior design, faced the challenge of combining inspiration from nature, the local context, and art with office functionality and practical solutions that improve work comfort. We are proud that, as HOOF, we could be part of this project.

The KRUK office project spans three floors in the B10 complex in Wrocław, with a total area of nearly 6,000 m². Each floor has its own theme: the ground floor is inspired by nature (the sea and forest), the fourth floor reflects dynamic weather phenomena, and the fifth floor references Wrocław through local symbols featured in illustrations and decorations.

The dominant style is eclectic. “The design is based on a coherent play of materials and colors. We combined brick, wood, greenery, and red tones to create an energetic yet welcoming concept. The recurring brick in various rooms contrasts with smooth surfaces while harmonizing with wood and greenery, giving the space rhythm and elegance,” explains Barnaba Grzelecki, architect and founder of BIT CREATIVE..

Art is an integral part of KRUK’s office: murals, illustrations, mosaics inspired by Wrocław, neon signs in common areas, and paintings in coffee points, among others. However, the new KRUK office is not only visually impressive—it also positively impacts employees and visitors. The space was carefully designed to support focus, encourage collaboration, and provide opportunities for relaxation.

“When selecting furniture for KRUK’s new headquarters, we wanted it to be more than a complement to the interior—it needed to be an active element that aligns with the design inspirations and supports office users in their daily work. We aimed to enrich the space to promote employee well-being and allow individuals to choose the most suitable way of working. The office was intended to be welcoming—not only visually, but above all functionally,” adds Barnaba Grzelecki.

In this project, the HOOF team was responsible for supplying office furniture for various zones: collaboration, focus, and relaxation. Our contributions included:

  • Reception area: Prostoria Combine sofa, Fameg Hips and Infiniti Tondina Lounge armchairs, Carpets&More rug
  • Conference rooms: award-winning Narbutas D-Chair, Mara Icon chairs, Mara Argo Tilting folding tables (with Integra Logic mediaports), and Narbutas Air
  • Breakout rooms: Softline Joe sofa and armchair, Prostoria Polygon table
  • Common areas (Townhall): comfortable MDD Ismo armchair, designed with shape and materials that encourage relaxation

KRUK’s headquarters demonstrates how furniture can be an integral part of interior architecture, enhancing identity, functionality, and comfort. At HOOF, we are proud that our solutions aligned with the architects’ vision and our client’s expectations, helping create a space that not only looks great but also supports the people using it.

The project was executed by HOOF’s Wrocław team.
