The new headquarters of an international consultancy firm in Poznań is a space where modernity meets nature. Bright, cosy interiors, wood, a subdued colour scheme and the ever-present greenery create a friendly working environment that fosters concentration, collaboration and everyday comfort. Every piece of furniture has been selected with functionality and harmony with the overall design in mind. As part of this project, we were responsible for furnishing the office with soft seating – from the representative meeting areas, through private offices and conference rooms, to communal spaces and relaxation zones.

Right from the entrance, the light-coloured Daaz sofa by Noti, situated in the reception area, catches the eye. Its organic form blends perfectly with the natural character of the interior, whilst also serving as its focal point and the showpiece of the entire office.

Next to the reception area are two conference rooms fitted with Flos armchairs by Bejot. The same model also features in the executive offices and intimate meeting rooms. Each space has been designed in a different colour scheme, and the chair upholstery blends harmoniously with the décor of the individual interiors. This solution combines aesthetics with everyday comfort.

At the heart of the office is a spacious conference room, which can be divided into two smaller rooms using a movable partition wall if required. It features Noti conference armchairs, ensuring comfort during meetings, presentations and workshops. This space has been designed with flexibility and user comfort in mind. The design also incorporates spaces that cater to the diverse needs of staff.

The parents’ room features a comfortable Noti Palo lounge chair with a footrest, creating a space conducive to tranquillity and rest. Meanwhile, the chill-out room features a Bejot Fora sofa, encouraging moments of relaxation and rejuvenation.

In the open-plan areas, Noti's mobile Banffy bar stools have been placed. Thanks to their lightweight construction, they can be moved around freely and used wherever they are needed – during short meetings, team work or informal conversations.

This project demonstrates the vital role that carefully selected seating plays in the design of modern offices. Comfort, functionality and timeless design create a space that supports people in their day-to-day work and blends naturally with the character of the entire interior.
