A new conference and event space has been created in the Q22 skyscraper in Warsaw. Covering an area of approximately 700 m², it comprises a complex of conference rooms, a lounge area with a bar and catering facilities, and a representative reception area. The project was designed by Massive Design, a studio specialising in premium office interior design. We were pleased to participate in the creation of this space by supplying Nordic LVT vinyl flooring from Shaw Contract – a solution that combines the natural look of wood with the durability required in commercial spaces.

The space has been designed for maximum flexibility of use – a system of mobile walls allows rooms to be combined into a single training space for 100 people, while the lounge area is ideal for less formal meetings or evening events. The interiors are decorated in light, elegant earth tones, while the lounge area features darker accents, decorative plaster and high-quality finishing materials, including Sphera Star T vinyl flooring by Forbo and Nordic by Shaw Contract, which we supplied as HOOF. Nordic LVT vinyl flooring from Shaw Contract is a solution that combines the aesthetics of wood with functionality suited to high-traffic areas.

The Nordic LVT flooring used in the project stands out with its natural, wood-like aesthetics and warm, subdued colour palette, which perfectly matches the elegant character of the Q22 interiors. Thanks to the ExoGuard+® coating, they are exceptionally resistant to abrasion, dirt and scratches, making them the ideal solution for heavily used commercial spaces. Their structure improves acoustics, reducing noise by up to 9 dB, which significantly increases the comfort of work and meetings. An additional advantage is the flexibility of installation – the floors can be laid in various patterns, such as herringbone, brick or stagger. Importantly, these are low-emission products, free of harmful phthalates, safe for both users and the environment.

Thanks to carefully selected materials and well-thought-out functionality, the new prestigious conference space at Q22 combines a representative character with everyday functionality. It is an example of a project in which design goes hand in hand with quality and durability. We are delighted that HOOF was able to be part of this project, supplying flooring that truly enhances the comfort and aesthetics of this unique space.
