B&T Design from the inside – an inspiring iourney to Istanbul
Our October visit to Istanbul was a unique mix of great design and the fascinating Turkish culture. Visiting B&T Design headquarters, we had the chance to see how their sofas, armchairs, tables, and outdoor collections are made. Beyond the showroom and factory, we also found time to stroll through Istanbul’s streets and explore its history and the flavors of Turkish cuisine.
At the beginning of October, we were invited by our partners to visit B&T Design’s headquarters in Istanbul. It was a special opportunity to discover the behind-the-scenes work of one of Turkey’s leading office furniture brands, whose products combine modern design with excellent craftsmanship and attention to every detail. The visit allowed us not only to see the finished products but also to feel the spirit of creativity and innovation that runs through the company’s philosophy.
Showroom and factory – the heart of B&T Design
Our journey began at B&T House – the showroom, which is more than just an exhibition space. It is a creative center where innovation, design, and inspiration come together. Every detail, from the choice of materials to the arrangement of space, reflects the brand’s philosophy – creating furniture that not only serves a purpose but also inspires and evokes emotions. In the showroom, we explored a variety of collections – from modern sofas and armchairs to functional tables and poufs, as well as elegant outdoor furniture, perfectly suited for commercial and office spaces.
Next, we visited the B&T Design factory where we could see the furniture production process with our own eyes. Every stage is handled with the highest care for quality and detail. We had the chance to speak with factory staff and designers, which helped us better understand how traditional craftsmanship is combined with modern technology. We also noticed the importance of modularity and versatility – B&T Design creates furniture that can easily adapt to different spaces and client needs.

B&T Design offers a wide range of products, including sofas, armchairs, poufs, tables, and outdoor collections, all well-suited for commercial spaces. The brand focuses strongly on aesthetics, comfort, and functionality, with every collection carefully designed for ergonomics and material quality. Among the products, modular collections stood out, allowing for flexible arrangements adapted to the character of any space – from offices to hotels. Equally inspiring were the design details, such as natural wood finishes and high-quality fabrics.
Istanbul – a city full of inspiration
Visiting B&T Design was not only about design but also about the culture and history of Istanbul. We had the chance to explore this fascinating city, admire its landmarks, wander through charming streets, and experience the unique atmosphere where East meets West. Evenings were spent enjoying delicious Turkish cuisine and savoring aromatic Turkish coffee. Each day brought new experiences and inspiration, which we can now bring into our work, seeking fresh solutions for office and commercial spaces.
Building relationships
The trip to Istanbul was also a special opportunity to build relationships – both with the B&T Design team and within our own group. Visiting the showroom together, discussing projects, and sharing experiences helped us better understand the brand’s philosophy. Moments like these are where ideas, inspiration, and long-lasting partnerships are born.
