2025 at HOOF – Inspirations, Meetings, and Projects
The passing year 2025 was marked by active industry engagement, inspiring meetings, and many exciting projects that enriched HOOF’s portfolio and showcased our capabilities in comprehensive office interior fit-outs. It was a year full of conversations with architects, designers, and clients, during which we not only delivered projects but also actively contributed to shaping trends and standards in workplace environments.
The passing year 2025 was defined by active industry initiatives, inspiring meetings, and numerous compelling projects that enriched HOOF’s portfolio and demonstrated our expertise in comprehensive office interior solutions. It was a year filled with conversations with architects, designers, and clients, during which we not only delivered projects but also actively participated in shaping trends and standards in workplace environments.
The year 2025 was a period of intense activity for HOOF. Over these 12 months, we combined industry meetings, educational and trade events, collaboration with designers, and numerous office interior projects that reflect our philosophy of creating workspaces.
Industry trade fairs and events are a great opportunity for us to stay up to date with the latest trends and exciting innovations. We began 2025 with a visit to 4 Design Days 2025 – one of the largest industry events in Poland – which we later summarized on our website.
In spring, we continued our series of activities, including partnering in the 2nd edition of the Chamber Women’s Day in Gorzów Wielkopolski – an event aimed at designers and businesswomen. Staying in the spring spirit, our Poznań team also met with architects to share experiences and knowledge in interior design and office outfitting in a relaxed atmosphere. This event was part of our creative workshop series, HOOF Meet-Up. This time, the activity that allowed both us and our guests to spark creativity was creating spring floral wreath.
Also in the first quarter, we had the opportunity to host lectures for students of the Faculty of Architecture and Fine Arts in Kraków at our showroom. Under the guidance of lecturer Dr. Emilia Malec-Zięba, aspiring interior designers had the chance not only to gain theoretical knowledge but also to acquire practical experience working with materials in the creative environment of our showroom.
We didn’t rest on our laurels – in spring, we also organized the next HOOF Meet-Up sessions across all our branches: Wrocław, Warsaw, Kraków, Poznań, and Gdańsk. This time, we joined forces with our partner Shaw Contract to invite our guests to creative workshops on creating moodboards, coinciding with the launch of their new carpet collections. Kerry Deffley, Design Manager for Shaw Contract in the EMEA region, shared her inspirations and creative process with the participants.
In June, we took part in ARCHITECT@WORK Warsaw 2025 – an event connecting architects and manufacturers, showcasing the latest industry solutions. One of the highlights, however, was the ABSL Summit 2025 in Kraków, where HOOF participated as a Bronze Partner. Together with Mute, we created the Circular Office. Endless Possibilities zone, promoting offices designed according to the principles of the circular economy – a topic particularly relevant in the context of regulatory changes and ESG trends.
In the autumn, we, along with our guests, visited office furniture manufacturers to see their factories and showrooms full of fantastic products in person, and to meet face-to-face with people we often only interact with virtually. We traveled to the headquarters of Pedrali in Italy and B&T Design in Turkey. Our trips also included time to explore the cities and experience the local cuisine.
It’s not all about events – what matters most to us are, of course, the projects and the opportunity to co-create spaces for our clients. We are extremely proud that the portfolio of selected HOOF projects from recent months demonstrates the diversity of office spaces we’ve designed for you – from corporate offices and company headquarters to projects tailored to the specific needs of individual businesses. This is just a portion of the projects we delivered and were able to share online, yet even this small selection shows the variety and complexity of the spaces we outfitted in 2025.
