HOOF as a Bronze Partner of ABSL Summit 2025

On June 23-24, 2025, Kraków hosted the latest edition of the ABSL Summit – one of the leading events for the modern business services sector in Central and Eastern Europe. We at Hoof were proud to take part once again, this time also as a Bronze Partner, joining an inspiring community of business leaders, innovators, and forward-thinkers shaping the future of work.

The Circular Zone by HOOF & Mute

This year, our presence at ABSL took on a special form. Together with Mute, we created a dedicated circular exhibition space – "Circular Office. Endless Possibilities." Our goal was not only to showcase modern workplace solutions but, more importantly, to highlight the growing need for designing office spaces in line with the principles of the circular economy.

This shift is being driven by the EU's Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), which came into effect this year for the largest companies operating within the European Union. Over the coming years, the scope of the directive will expand to include more and more organizations, making sustainable design no longer optional – but essential.

What is a circular office? It’s a workspace that is:

designed with a long product lifecycle in mind,
built using recycled or recyclable materials,
easy to reconfigure and repair,
focused on minimizing carbon footprint at every stage of use.

A Portfolio Full of Circular Products

At our zone, visitors could explore new product launches aligned with the principles of circularity — including items made from recycled materials, designed for easy disassembly and future recycling, or those with a calculated carbon footprint (enabling CSRD-compliant reporting). Both we and our partners firmly believe that the future of design is responsible design. That’s why we’re genuinely excited to see the portfolio of consciously created brands and products growing year by year.

What we presented:

Shuffle – a new chair and lounge seating collection from Interstuhl, a brand committed to environmentally friendly manufacturing and a sustainable product lifecycle
Shaw Contract carpets – featuring the eco-friendly Ecoworx backing
Ekori – the greenest chair from
Noti, made with sustainability in mind
Cactus – what makes Cactus unique are its tabletops made from Boomplastic panels, crafted from 100% recycled plastic and fully recyclable again
Revo – a modular sofa from Flokk that can be disassembled, recycled, and reused — all in line with circular design principles
Bujnie – modular planters by this Polish brand helped us bring the idea of biophilic design to life within the exhibition hall
Boomplastic – lighting, pots, and accessories made entirely from recycled plastic
Nolita – stylish and durable outdoor furniture by Pedrali
