HOOF at 4 Design Days 2025

Lazy size

Another edition of 4 Design Days — one of the most important events in the design and architecture industry in Poland — is behind us. For a few days, Katowice became a meeting place for leading experts, designers, architects and enthusiasts of the future of space.

This year, the event attracted over 6,000 participants, who had the opportunity to listen to interesting lectures, take part in workshops and follow inspiring discussion panels. The topics discussed included sustainable design, the future of urban spaces, and the challenges of architecture in a changing reality.

Prestigious speakers and inspiring discussions

This year's speakers included renowned figures in global architecture, such as Winy Maas (co-founder of the renowned MVRDV studio) and Roger Riewe from Riegler Riewe Architekten. The experts debated the future of the industry, discussing, among other things, new technologies in design, user needs and environmental challenges. It was clear how important a sustainable and responsible approach to architecture and design is to industry representatives.

Exhibitions and gala events

Participants also had the opportunity to visit a unique exhibition presenting modern, eco-friendly solutions for residential, commercial and public spaces. Although the number of exhibitors was lower than in previous editions, the quality of the projects on display more than made up for it. The event also included gala ceremonies for the presentation of prestigious awards: the Property Design Awards, Dobry Design and RenOwacja.

Summary

4 Design Days 2025 has confirmed its position as one of the key events on the Polish design and architecture map. It is a place where experiences are not only exchanged, but also visions of the future are created. We are curious to see what programme the organisers will prepare for us for the tenth anniversary edition, which will take place in 2026.
