Exploring Pedrali: where italian design comes to life
The Pedrali brand is synonymous of modern office furniture and timeless Italian design. The Hoof team visited Pedrali's headquarters in Bergamo to see the production process up close and view the extensive portfolio of their products used in offices, hotels and public spaces around the world.
Italian design has always been a source of inspiration for us, and Pedrali perfectly embodies it—blending elegance, functionality, and craftsmanship. That’s why the Hoof team traveled to Bergamo: to visit Pedrali’s headquarters and factory, see their products in person, learn more about the furniture-making process, and strengthen our relationship with the brand’s representatives.
Meeting with quality and passion
For years, Pedrali has been creating office, restaurant, and hotel furniture known for its modern design and attention to detail. Visiting their showroom and factory confirmed what we have long admired about the brand – impeccable craftsmanship, high-quality materials, and a remarkable sense of style. Seeing Pedrali’s chairs, armchairs, and tables in person showed us how lightweight yet sturdy they are, with forms refined down to the smallest detail. Conversations with Pedrali representatives and architects offered us multiple perspectives on design – technical, aesthetic, and functional. It was a perfect opportunity to exchange experiences, discuss trends in office and public space design, and strengthen relationships that directly enhance the quality of our projects.

Pedrali’s HoReCa portfolio
Pedrali’s extensive range for the HoReCa sector is especially impressive, ideal for restaurants, hotels, and hospitality spaces. The brand offers not only stylish and comfortable chairs, practical tables, and desks, but also designer lighting and accessories that complete interior setups. Every piece combines functionality with aesthetics, and meticulous attention to materials and finishes ensures that Pedrali products perform exceptionally well under heavy use while bringing a unique Italian flair to any space.

Factory & showroom
We were particularly impressed by Pedrali’s modern factory, where every stage of production – from cutting materials to forming, finishing, and quality control—is carefully planned and executed. The showroom was equally remarkable, displaying Pedrali products in a variety of office and contract settings. We also had the pleasure of visiting the staff canteen and enjoying lunch with the Pedrali team, which allowed us to experience the company’s atmosphere firsthand and build closer relationships in an informal, friendly setting. Conversations with Pedrali representatives and architects gave us a deeper understanding of design from technical, aesthetic, and practical viewpoints, offering a valuable exchange of ideas about trends in office and public space design.

Bergamo – The Italian Way of Life
A trip to Italy wouldn’t be complete without exploring the local culture. Thanks to a guided tour, we discovered Città Alta – the charming, historic part of Bergamo, full of narrow streets, Renaissance buildings, and breathtaking views. Italian hospitality and joie de vivre were felt at the table as we enjoyed local cuisine, excellent coffee, and fine wine. We also found time for the arts, visiting contemporary art spaces that perfectly complement the city’s aesthetic and Pedrali’s philosophy of combining tradition with modernity.

Inspiration for the Future
The trip to Bergamo was more than a business visit – it was an encounter with people, design, and culture that inspires action and growth. Every participant returned with fresh ideas, deeper appreciation for Italian craftsmanship, and confidence in Pedrali as a choice that combines beauty, functionality, and durability.
We would like to sincerely thank the Pedrali team for the invitation, flawless organization, and wonderful company. It was a unique journey that allowed us to get to know the brand, the people behind its success, and the Italian design spirit that continues to inspire us.
