Hoof at Gdynia Design Days 2026 – we furnish spaces that foster connections
Design works best when it becomes part of our everyday experiences. That is why we are thrilled to have joined the ranks of partners for Gdynia Design Days 2026, one of the most important design festivals in Poland.
This year’s 19th edition of the GDD event was held under the theme “Closer,” encouraging the building of relationships, community, and mindful spatial design. The festival brought together designers, architects, entrepreneurs, and all lovers of good design, creating a space for the exchange of knowledge, inspiration, and experiences.
As an event partner, we set up and equipped two coworking zones that were open to visitors throughout the festival. Our goal was to create spaces where people could not only relax between exhibitions and lectures, but also work, have conversations, meet, and exchange ideas. It is precisely such spaces that best demonstrate that modern office furniture is not merely a piece of equipment. When well-designed, it becomes a tool that supports collaboration, creativity, and user comfort.
Design That Works
The theme of this year’s edition -“Closer” - aligns perfectly with our approach to designing workspaces. At Hoof, we believe that well-designed interiors help people get closer to one another-they foster collaboration, spontaneous encounters, and the exchange of ideas. During Gdynia Design Days, our coworking zones became a natural gathering place for festival participants. They were used by guests visiting the event. This is the best proof that functionality, ergonomics, and aesthetics can go hand in hand, meeting the real needs of users.
Why do we support events like Gdynia Design Days? For us, our presence at the festival is more than just a partnership. It’s an opportunity to participate in the conversation about the future of design and to observe how expectations regarding contemporary spaces are changing. Gdynia Design Days demonstrates that design is not merely about aesthetics. It’s a way of thinking about everyday life, responsibility, and creating solutions that improve quality of life. That’s precisely why we’re so eager to get involved in initiatives that promote conscious design and the creation of better places to work and meet.
We’d like to thank the organizers for their trust and all the participants who visited our coworking zones. We’re delighted to have been part of an event that inspires conversation about the role of design in the modern world.
See you at future events and, of course, in the spaces we create together!
